Product Overview of Uncoiler
The uncoiler is one of the auxiliary equipment on the steel plate (strip) cold rolling unit or cold processing production line. Its role is to open the steel strip coil and lead out the rolled end to make it enter the continuous operation unit. The uncoiler is divided into cantilever type, double cone type and double cylinder type according to the way of supporting the steel strip coil. The double-cone-head uncoiler relies on two cone-heads to compress the tape coil, and the cone-heads are non-expandable. The drum of the cantilever uncoiler and the cylinder head of the double cylindrical head uncoiler can be expanded and contracted to hold the steel coil in the expanded state. The cantilever uncoiler is composed of base, frame, reducer, expansion reel, frame moving hydraulic cylinder, rotary expansion and contraction hydraulic cylinder and external support (see figure).
