Jiangsu Dongfang Whole-Set Equipment Manufacturing Group Co., Ltd., founded in 2000 with a registered capital of 168 million yuan, has two subsidiaries: Jiangsu Dongfang Metallurgical Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Jingjiang Dongfang Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. Located in Jingjiang, a leading city in the Yangtze River Economic Development Zone spearheaded by the Shanghai Economic Development Zone, the company currently employs over 350 people. It specializes in the production of tubular heaters for the petrochemical industry and metallurgical complete equipment.

Our experience

The company boasts standardized management and a sound system, having obtained ISO9001-2015 Quality Management System Certification, ISO14001-2015 Environmental Management System Certification, ISO45001-2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification, ISO3834-2 International Welding System Certification, and GB/T19022-2003/ISO10012:2003 Measurement Management System Certification. It has also acquired a Class III petrochemical engineering construction general contracting qualification, A1 and A2 pressure vessel design and manufacturing licenses, A-class waste heat boilers and B-class gas-fired boiler manufacturing licenses, ASME "U"+"S" certification, and pressure pipeline component manufacturing licenses.
Adhering to the concept of technological innovation, the company focuses on talent team construction, employing multiple renowned experts in the petrochemical and metallurgical industries as technical support. It boasts 98 professional and technical personnel, including 2 senior engineers, 18 with intermediate titles, and 25 with junior titles. The company also emphasizes industry-academia-research cooperation, maintaining extensive technical partnerships with domestic scientific research and design institutions and universities. It has established an "Enterprise Technology Center" and has obtained nearly 100 patents and developed four high-tech products, recognized as a "High-tech Enterprise in Jiangsu Province" and a "Taizhou Patent and Standard Integration Innovation Enterprise."

Utilizing ERP and QR codes to promote information management, the company seamlessly integrates advanced information technology with its actual management needs, creating an enterprise-wide integrated management system that breaks down barriers in communication and collaboration across departments, regions, and systems. Its business operations closely follow market trends, paying attention to the dynamics of large state-owned enterprises and striving for high-quality orders. Its petrochemical equipment is a supplier to the material and equipment departments of Sinopec, PetroChina, and CNOOC, as well as suppliers to SEI, LPEC, CNPC, SSEC, ZPEC, Sinochem Group, Sinopec Scientific & Technological Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd., China-Korea Petrochemical, Zhongsha Petrochemical, Sinochem Hongrun, Xinhai Chemical, Kenli Petrochemical, and Jin'ao Technology. It is also a member of the China Petroleum and Chemical Engineering Survey and Design Association, a member unit of the National Chemical Industry Furnace Design and Technology Center, and a governing unit of the China Petroleum and Chemical Hydrogen Production Liaison Station.
Its metallurgical equipment has been exported to multiple countries, including KINSTEEL in Malaysia, UPV Steel Mill of CSN in Brazil, POSCO in South Korea, CELSA in Spain, ESSAR in India, JSW in India, UNG in Russia, and JFE in Japan. Its domestic customers mainly include Baowu Group, Sinomach Group, Nanjing Iron and Steel, Shagang Group, Xingcheng Iron and Steel, Laiwu Steel, Pingxiang Steel, Rizhao Steel, Wuyang Steel, China First Heavy Industries, MCC Group, MCC South, and MCC Sedic.
