Radiant tube equipment is generally used in annealing furnaces of continuous annealing and galvanizing production lines in cold rolling. In the continuous annealing production line, the strip steel is generally heated in the annealing furnace heating section. Since the combustion product is not directly in contact with the strip steel, the oxidation and break of the surface are effectively avoided, and the conditions are created for heat treatment, so the heating of the radiant tube becomes the most important heating method on the continuous regression line. The radiation tube is equivalent to a small furnace in a large furnace, which makes the fuel gas burn inside the radiation tube, and the heat emitted is transmitted to the tube wall, so that the tube wall is heated to a very high temperature. The high temperature tube wall can transfer its own heat energy to the plate belt in the form of radiation, and can also heat the furnace gas, and then transfer the heat to the strip steel through the furnace gas. In continuous annealing furnace, W-shaped radiation tube is generally used to heat the strip steel. The radiant tube heating device has many forms, such as straight tube type, casing type, U type, W type, P type, O type, etc., among which the U type and W type radiant tube heating device with waste heat recovery device is widely used.
Heating principle:
The radiation tube in the annealing furnace achieves radiation heating by burning the gas inside the burner. The specific structure is shown in Figure 1 below:
First, the cold air and gas are preheated by the accumulator of burner A and the special center tube, and then mixed and burned in the radiation tube. The high-temperature flue gas exits after the heat cooling of the accumulator of burner B under the action of the induced draft fan, and the reversing valve changes direction. The air flows to the burner B, and then mixed and burned after preheating the high-temperature accumulator. Burner A in turn acts as a high temperature flue gas discharge channel.
Radiative heat transfer, that is, an object retains the heat energy it holds and radiates to its surroundings in the form of electromagnetic waves, as the sun does. The characteristic of thermal radiation is that when radiative heat transfer and conduction heat transfer and convective heat transfer occur at the same time, they are not affected by the latter. Therefore, the heat energy transmitted by radiation can be calculated separately from the conduction heat energy and convective heat transfer.
The straight pipe is cast by horizontal centrifuge, and the elbow, support and tee are cast by alkaline phenol resin sand or precision. Radiation tube equipment has certain requirements in the selection of materials, because it is working in a high temperature environment for the material to choose high temperature resistant materials.
