Hydrofining is a general term for catalytic modification of distillate under hydrogen pressure. It means that in the presence of catalyst and hydrogen, the non-hydrocarbon components of sulfur, nitrogen, oxygen and organometallic compound molecules in petroleum fractions undergo hydrolysis reactions to remove sulfur, nitrogen, oxygen and metal, and the olefin and aromatics molecules undergo hydrogenation reactions to saturated them. Hydrofining can improve the smell, color and stability of oil products, improve the quality of oil products, and meet the requirements of environmental protection.
