The furnace tube guide frame, the middle tube frame of the horizontal radiation tube, and the top tube frame of the vertical radiation tube shall be designed to allow the replacement of the tube frame without moving the furnace tube, and the minimum amount of fire layer repair.
The maximum suspended length of the furnace tube between the two supporting points of the horizontal tube is 35 times the outer diameter of the furnace tube or 6m(20ft), which is the smaller value.
The minimum surface corrosion margin for all pipe and guide frames in contact with flue gas is: 1.3mm(0.05in) for austenitic materials; Ferrite material 2.5mm(0.1in).
