The pusher turning machine is located above the working roller table before and after the rough mill (BD mill) in the H-type steel hot tandem rolling production line, and its function is to push the steel that runs out of alignment during the roll transport and send it to the rough mill for multiple rolling, in order to reduce or avoid the side bending and deviation of the steel. The steel tilting hook is located above the pushing bed, which is an integral part of the pushing bed. It plays an important role in the rolling of roughing mill. The pushing machine and the steel tilting hook are generally controlled by electric or hydraulic servo, and can be quickly withdrawn after completing the function of the bad material pair to prevent excessive lateral force on the pushing machine or the bending of the pushing rod during rolling and damaging the equipment due to excessive side bending or irregular steel.
In order to smoothly import the billet into the pushing bed, first of all, the working position between the pushing beds should be set according to the incoming specifications, and the working position of the parallel pushing bed is generally set to the incoming width +100mm, which is symmetrical with the center line of the road, so the entrance guide plate is set into a horn shape. When the billet is smoothly imported into the parallel section push bed, the roller table stops working, the motor starts to drive the gear box, and the push rod equipped with the rack moves relative through the gear shaft. Because the two gear shafts are connected with a synchronous shaft, it can ensure that the speed of the pushing machine is synchronized, and the direction of movement is opposite, so that the pushing machine can push the rolled piece to the center. Conversely, when the billet is turned over, the opening of the pushing bed is open. In order to prevent the deformation of the equipment or billet due to excessive clamping force during the pushing process, the two pushing beds are immediately retracted 0~50mm after the pushing alignment. In order to meet the requirement of different rolling passes and complete multi-pass process rolling, it is necessary to carry out steel turning operation. When the incoming material needs to be turned over, the steel clamping action is carried out first. After the billet is clamped, the turning hydraulic cylinder starts the turning operation, which can be turned over at 90° or 180° respectively. After the turning is completed, the clamping cylinder is opened and withdrawn, and the roller table starts to run and carries out rolling operation with the rolling mill.
